Description Hidden in the Glenvista valley in southern Johannesburg, Glenvista Country Club is a largely untapped gem. Water is a prominent feature on the parklands-style course, with a river running through the valley presenting a few hazardous moments coupled with unbridled beauty. The 12th hole, one of the tougher at Glenvista, provides a memorable drive, with the elevated tee snuggled in a ravine with thick bush on the left and out-of-bounds on the right. It's certainly not a shot for the faint of heart!
Directions From JHB, travel on the N3 towards Durban. Keep with the Heidelburg/Durban signs and where the road forks, take the N12 to Bloemfontein, Vereeniging and Kimberley. Keep on the N12 to Kimberley and take the Camora Ave off-ramp. Turn right, under the freeway. Turn left at the second traffic light towards the Glen Shopping Center. At the second traffic circle turn left, under the freeway and left again at the second circle (T-junction). Take the first turn to your left, course on the left. recommended
